Wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Spacious and clean rooms. Lovely green areas. Friendly and efficient staff. Good variety of food. Well-equipped gym and amenities. Beautiful views.

The fodd is good but not fantastic.

Wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The pools never got too busy, and getting four loungers together was not a problem. You could get the smaller pool exclusively at times, which allowed my kids to enjoy boisterous games without disturbing other guests. Jacuzzi generally available. Nice shaded seating areas, particularly by pool. Hotel is very clean throughout with well maintained lawns. Food was good overall with good variety, even for vegetarians, the herbs used freshly grown in the hotel, just outside the room. Staff very friendly and efficient. Gym is very well equiped, and air conditioned. Board games and books available. Sissi is a short stroll and very nice for relaxing in the evening. Good base to hire a car and visit caves, mountains and beaches at the north east of Crete.

Charging €30 a day for wifi (or €5/hour) when you could walk down the road and get free wifi from any other cafe/hotel. Breakfast/dinner can be a bit of a scrum towards the end with many things running out (good tip, get there early!). Would be nice to have real juice (not squash) at breakfast, and coffee after dinner. Deluxe family room is stretching the description, as storage and space is not what would be expected for five star hotel. Nearby beaches are small and rocky underfoot.

The hotel had great facilities such as three pools, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. It was conveniently located on the outskirts of the city and was a short walk from sandy Potamos beach.

During our stay, we were impressed by the location of the hotel, situated on the outskirts of a quaint village with plenty of tavernas to choose from. The Jolly Roger bar and main shopping road are also within walking distance, providing regular entertainment. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was sufficient, and there were many facilities to take advantage of, including a gym and pool with towels available at reception.

Although our stay was enjoyable, we did find that some of the other evening buffet options were not appetizing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The luxurious amenities were fantastic. The spa centre offered a range of treatments including a full body massage and a Turkish bath. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect to relax by and the sun loungers had beach umbrellas to offer shade. The restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast and the snack bar served mouth-watering food. The venue was situated in a highly convenient location, close to many restaurants and bars.

The only minor issue I encountered was the occasional noise outside of my room, however, the hotel provided earplugs and I was still able to enjoy a great night's sleep.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and what a treat! The festive decor created a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and approachable, always making us feel welcomed. The food was amazing, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The gym was well-equipped and never busy, perfect for burning off all the delicious food. Another great advantage was the quiet location, away from any loud streets or noisy crowds.

Sadly, the quality of the Wi-Fi wasn't up to par for the price charged. breakfast tended to get crowded towards the end, but getting there early made a real difference.

Great breakfast and comfortable bed. Located close to the beach and a nice seafood restaurant. The pool area was clean and relaxing.

The price was quite high for what was offered. The staff was not very friendly or helpful and didn't seem to care about the guests.
